এগ বিরিয়ানি (Pratima’s Kitchen)
At first hard boil the eggs. Boil it approx 10-12 mins. Then soak the saffron into warm milk. Now heat some oil into a vessel. Into the same oil, add ghee. Now add beaten yogurt. Now add potatoes and eggs. Now separate the potatoes and eggs from the gravy. Now make the rice.
